Question Screen Flickering Everytime I open it after sleeping

Eveytime i open my computer the screen always flickers off and on. It last around 5-20mins before returning to normal.
is the monitor the problem, the cable, or the graphics card?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

Could be something has wiggled loose. Wiggles when system is cool but after again warming up, expands, and the connection becomes tighter.

Do you know if the computer has been opened for cleaning and maintenance?

If not: power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Check that all cards, connectors, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.

If you are not familiar with doing the above find a knowledgeable family member or friend to help.

Are you comfortable with going inside the case and securing components?

I.e., reseating everything, perhaps gently tightening some screws, etc..

Or getting someone else knowledgeable to physically help.
