Screen flickering/flashing - need fix

My monitors flicker from time to time I dont know why. I havent experienced anything like this before. Help me fix this and also I'll link a video of how it flickers. I have all my drivers updated.

AMD RYZEN 5 1600
MSI NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1050TI LP 4GB GDDR5
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT Red 8GB DDR4 2400MHz CL16
B350 PC MATE

Try this:

Download DDU:
Install
run DDU
Have it reboot in to Safe mode
Run DDU
Select: NVIDIA software and Drivers
Select: Clean and Restart

Back in Normal OS, Go here
Use the Show / Hide tool to uninstall and hide the NVIDIA updated drivers.

Continue here:
Download this 375.70 driver
Run DOWNLOAD package
Select: CUSTOM
Uncheck EVERYTHING excpet the GPU Driver and PHYSX
Check the CLEAN INSTALL box
Finish install
Reboot

Geforce Experience sometimes is a PITA and can be causing this.
