Screen flickering (maybe due to dead pixels)

Hello everyone,

A few days ago, my monitor suddenly stopped working, after a night spent untouched and unpowered, the screen went back to normal for about 5 minutes, but now whenever, I turn it on for more than a few minutes it goes all crazy like this.

I tried another HDMI Cable, switching to VGA, nothing changes. I have some (4-5) dead pixels on the right of the black line that probably cause all this but I can't be sure.

Would there be any way to repair it ?

Yes, other monitors work perfectly.
