Question Screen flickering on 144hz but not on 120hz.

I just bought the above monitor today. It works great while gaming getting the full 144hz. However when im browsing or even just on the blank desktop there is some pretty noticeable screen flickering. If I drop it down to 120hz it fixes this issue immediately. It's not a big deal, but still, I'd rather not have to change the settings everytime I want to game. Is there something in the settings I can change to fix this, or is my monitor defective? Or is this just a common issue that I have to deal with? Lemme know, thanks.

Also, just a note. I have 2 other monitors plugged in as well at the same time. One 75hz, and one 60hz. Don't know if this affects it at all.
