It's hard to describe so I've uploaded a video to Youtube. This started happening 2 days ago and I don't think I've done something to cause it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MhuRVx3jOF8

Things I've done so far:
1-)Reinstalled GPU drivers
2-)Cleaned my case up
3-)Checked cables

I've gone and checked my bios settings if something was wrong with them. And even in bios there are some screen artifacts like its glitching out, but not in a weird pink color like in the video. This doesn't happen while looking at the desktop. It seems like graphic intensive tasks like watching a video, playing games, drawing in AutoCAD triggers this.

Specs:
Intel i7 3770 @ stock clocks
AMD HD 7870 @ stock clocks
Gskill DDR3 4x2 1600MHz RAM
Asus P8Z77-V LX motherboard

There are no cracks in the screen.

Edit: I tried to record/screenshot my screen, It doesn't show up...

Hello
Something hardware related is happening, it's not your drivers. The bios runs in a low resolution, and this can be why it's not as glitchy.
At least 3 scenarios can be happening here.

1. Bad cable or ports. Try all your monitor inputs, different cables (and different types too, ie. HDMI, DVI, DP, VGA).
2. Malfunctioning monitor. Test this by connecting some other device to it.
3. Malfunctioning graphics card. Test this by trying a different monitor.

Removed my graphics card and there are still some glitches but not as intense(using intels gpu). Safe to assume monitor is broken?

Thats a good first clue, we are narrowing it down. Your onboard gfx might send a slightly different signal - like low res bios, hence less glithces.
You should still try other ports on your monitor. If its your DVI port on it thats broken, HDMI or DP might work fine and vice versa.

I sadly don't have any other cable. I'm using DVI port of my monitor and HDMI output of my GPU.

Here is a list of things which trigger the screen glitch:
-watching a video in fullscreen on Chrome(doesn't happen when windowed)
-watching a video in fullscreen on VLC(doesnt happen when windowed)
-drawing in AutoCAD(doesn't happen when windowed)

Can we progress any farther with the information I've provided? What should I do? Thanks ....

Originally sounded like a driver issue to me, but that seems to point to the monitor or cable.
Can you take a picture of both the DVI outputs, and both ends of the cable?

Weird. I see no trouble with the cables. You have a Dual Link DVI-D cable, monitor, and gpu. However you also have a Dual Link DVI-I in your GPU.
Are you plugging the HDMI end into the GPU, or the Monitor?
If you're plugging the HDMI end into the monitor, make sure you're plugging the DVI end of the cable into the DVI-D on your GPU. NOT the DVI-I. It usually works just fine, but can be problematic.

Here's an image of what the different types of DVI are. http://www.the-home-cinema-guide.com/images/dvi-connection-types.svg.png

I plug DVI end to the monitor for the reason It doesn't have an HDMI input. I'll try to pick up my mate's monitor and give it a shot to see if my monitor is causing the problem.
