Screen flickering when playing games in fullscreen.

My friend has intel integrated graphics, and, everytime he goes fullscreen in games like GW2 and LoL, his screen flickers. He tried updating his drivers but the problem still persists.

Below 30 FPS may be perceived as flickering.

An Intel IGP sucks for gaming purposes. If it's a desktop PC, install a more powerful graphics card for gaming.

His fps are 60, but are perceived as lower than 30.
