Screen flickering while attempting to game.

Just when I thought I corrected my issue, another one arises. I'm going to copy and paste what I wrote on reddit so you can better understand the entirety of the situation.

"I just completed this build today. I installed Windows no problem and was setting it up. The screen began flickering and a frying or staticy sound came from the speaker before the screen went black. I noticed that the SSD was rapidly blinking red. Upon restarting the computer and going into the bios, it stops. It only occurs when trying to set up windows. I thought it was the HDMI cable so I tried a new one to no avail. Any suggestions?

[UPDATE]: I spoke with someone at Crucial and she gave me some suggestions. She informed that the M2 draws from SATA ports 5/6. I used 4 for my HDD. I forgot that my HDD isn't on that partpicker list. Well, I unplugged the HDD (just from Sata) and I got the same result. I plugged it back in but into Sata 1 and it started working. I'm not sure why that happened because the OS is installed on the SSD. I still have the static issue though. When windows start, you hear the static sound but only for like a split second. I'm not sure why that's happening, but it makes me think that the PC is malfunctioning again. Just so I can understand, does simply unplugging the HDD from SATA disable it or would I have to remove it completely from the motherboard/PSU?"

I thought I remedied the situation until I installed World of Warcraft. Here is what happens:

I'm unsure if this is GPU related or what. I wasn't sure where to post this. Here is the link to my PC:

What isn't listed there is the WD Blue 2TB HD. Also, while installing windows before the fix, that's exactly what the PC was doing while setting up Windows 10. I'm also connected using the HDMI cable. VGA does not work. As far as the blinking red, the rep for Crucial indicated that this is because the SSD is in use and not a technical error. The drivers are up to date.
