Screen flickering while playing. How to fix it?

Watch that yellow line how it "breaks" when I move the mouse. (it's not because the gif is not loading or is LQ)
This is from the game overwatch but also in other games like TF2.

My PC is:
Intel i5, 8gb ram, Geforce GTX 750TI, SSD, monitor is Asus MX279H (60ghz).

I know that my monitor is not really a gaming monitor but still. It should look like this.
I tried updating the GPU drivers and monitor drivers.

What is the solution to this?

Looks like VSYNC fixed this problem
