Hey everbody how are you all doing? I recently bulid my gaming PC. everything BRAND YOU. The monitor is also new out of the box.

So as you can see I was just installing Windows 10 and as soon as I turn on the monitor i saw bunch of green lines flickring all over the place. I'm very confused because the GPU is literally brand new so as the rest of the parts. Is there any chance that the gpu might be damaged? Here are my specs:

Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 ghz (i can overclock it to 3.9)

Asus PRIME B450-PLUS

Hyper X 3000mhz 8GB Ram

RTX 2080 MSI GAMING X TRIO

EVGA G3 Supernova 750 WATTS 80+ Gold

2TB HDD + 240GB SSD.

I checked my specs and are good but I listed them down anyways. Note: I did not overclock anything.

Or maybe the monitor power cable? I used a 2 years old power cable for the monitor. I dont know if that might be the reason.

Or maybe I have to download the drivers? Idk. I havent checked because I need a Internet USB.

Here are the pictures. Tell me whats the problem and I wish you could help me out.

The thing is, a good Tech guy bulid it in front of me in my local shop and he tried it on his monitor and he loaded up the bios but I didn't see nothing like this. Still confused. Help!
