Screen freeze then temporary black screen

screen freezes for 30 seconds then goes to black as if no signal to monitor, if I alt+tab then it goes back to normal but the game may have crashed depending on the game. rocket league is fine and I can carry on as usual but black ops 4 and overwatch just crash.

I have tried running games with nothing running and there is no difference. I have also reinstalled windows and factory reset the pc, so it I think it's a hardware problem.

Video Card Radeon(TM) RX 460 Graphics
RAM 16 GB (4 x 4gb) (2 differenent brands of ram)
Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 17134), 64-bit
Motherboard asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0
PSU integrator 500w

Please list your PC specs for us to further assist. I would start with removing 1 stick of RAM and running it to see if the problem continues.

parts listed and have tried running games with 2 sticks of ram playing till its crashes, then trying again with the other 2 sticks.
Still crashed both times.

Try one stick at a time.

the problem with only using one stick is that the games that cause the crash require 8 GB of ram, so if they even run it's very jumpy. crashes eventually anyway
