Question Screen freezes, disconects and reconnects.

My PC randomly freezes for a couple of seconds, and the both my monitors go black to reconnect almost instantly. It's been happening for a while and I thought it was a PSU problem but I recently replaced both the PSU and the GPU and it keeps happening.
I'd appreciate if anyone could help with this.

Specs
Two monitors, both 1080p, one 144Hz the other one 60Hz
i7- 8700
RTX 3070
Corsair RMx Series RM850x 850W 80 Plus Gold Modular
Toshiba OCZ RD400 512GB
16GB RAM

How old is the PSU in your build? By replaced, did you replace it for a brand new unit of the same make and model? What GPU were you working with prior to the RTX3070? Make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for said motherboard? OS?

The PSU is fresh new, got it less than a week ago, my previous PSU was a different brand and 700W. My old GPU was GTX 1070. The motherboard is a MSI Z370-A PRO. The OS is Windows 10.
About the BIOS version, I'm not really sure how to check that, does 3.0 make sense?
