Question Screen freezes while gaming with an RTX 2060 OC on base clock ?

As I mentioned, the screen freezes when I start playing and the core clock is on factory settings, but the problem is solved when I lower the core clock to -200 MHz . I don't know why I have to lower the core clock from its base speed. I have been playing on the same factory settings in the past without any problems ((I am a newbie in these matters, but I try my best to clarify my problem and also I apologize for my bad English)) thanks in advance for your help

600 watt (plus 80 bronze)

GPU idl temp ~ 37°
GPU gaming ~ 75°
CPU idl ~ 40°
CPU gaming ~ 74°
In benchmark test up to 95° 😢 with liquid cooler I haven't noticed that before. The processor was less than 75° at heavy load I think it's time to replace the coolant But does this have anything to do with my problem? Because the problem is solved when lowering the graphics card clock. And I can't play on the basic clock, and thank you for your interest
