[SOLVED] Screen freezing and trouble booting.

I have been struggling with a problem occurring on my computer recently.

Often i have trouble booting my pc up, I turn it on. (Fans spinning everything working RGB on etc.) But no display and signal on my monitor.
After rebooting for a couple of times and re-plugging my GPU power and display port it will magicaly boot for some reason. When its booted it works perfectly like it should but after some time, doesn't matter what task i am doing (either gaming or idle) my screen will freeze, i can still hear sound. I have to hard restart my PC, again with the booting problem and re-plugging my GPU and display.

I have no clue what is causing this, my pc is 3 years old and has always worked fine.

This makes it sound like the GPU since when you unplug and plug it back in to power, it's likely draining all power (flea or otherwise) from the GPU itself. Does your machine have onboard graphics or just the GPU you have installed?

reinstalling my GPU drivers did the trick.
