Question Screen fuzzy, everything is bigger after new GPU install

I recently installed a Radeon r5 240 into my system, everything is working fine except everything is big and low res. My desktop organization is way off, the desktop icons are way bigger, the apps on the taskbar are now separated into 2 pages because the icons are bigger, apps like Google Chrome seem zoomed in and I have to use the scroll bar at the bottom. Everything seems a little fuzzy, low resolution. The windows 10 start menu takes up almost all of the screen when I press the windows button. And as far as I know, my drivers are up to date. I have tried messing around with scaling, and it makes a minute difference but nothing that fixes my problem.

Have you installed Radeon Software (driver) after GPU installation? You need Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition
