Question Screen glitch

So I have a problem. Seemingly randomly after my pc has been on for a while, my screen will have a small glitch. What this looks like is it almost seems like my screen shifts right slightly for a fraction of a second before returning to normal. I assume the issue is with my GPU (3080 TI), but am not sure. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this may be?

Can you include the specs to your build? Also, have you tried reinstalling your GPU drivers once you'd noticed the issue?
