Question Screen glitched out, CPU fan error, lost connection my screen

Was playing WoW, when my screen just broke ( Colours, files were all over the place, as it froze).

I shut my pc down, restarted it, now it says CPU fan error. I've looked through my pc, making sure cables are connected at it is clean. it kept saying it was an issue, and it had a RPM on 600.

I went on BIOS and ignored the problem, to still see that my screen crashed down when i tried to start windows, where it lost Signal to my pc again.

Please help, i dont know where to begin
