Screen go black

hi guys,
when i start my pc it shows WELCOME icon and then go black for a minute and start normally..
why it happened?? its going form 2 days after i install motioninjoy ds3 tool. i uninstall it but still problem is going on....

pc conf. is
i3, 8gb ddr3 ram, 2tb sata, r9 270x. gigabyte b85m d3h

is there any problem or anything to resolve??/
please make it needful..

if you are using windows 8 or 8.1, then it's okay. but if you have windows 7, vista or xp then may be your hard disc is taking time to load. try "Glarry utilities" software to disable start up apps
