Question Screen goes black after GPU driver installation ?

So I bought an HD7870 XT a few days ago to have an working gpu while I am waiting for a new one. It works at start but after installing the gpu drivers the screen goes black and after some time it reboots.

I went to the shop where I bought it from, and they told me that it may have a mining configuration and I should change it.
So I flashed the original vbios on the gpu but still no results.
Anyone has an idea what I should I try?
