[SOLVED] Screen goes black and fans are going on a rampage

Hello,

This problem started for 3 weeks ago and it happens every now and then. The problem is that when I hit my desk with my fist or when I dump my foot on my pc (I moved my pc from my desk to the flor) then the screen goes black the fans start to go crazy fast. I can still hear music and my friends in discord but to get it back I need to restart my pc. What is the problem??? It's so annoying. And I don't know which fans that go crazy.

My pc specs

Processor: Ryzen 5 2600x
Graphics card: GTX 1060 6GB
Motherboard: Asus prime B350-plus (AM4)
Power supply: Seasonic SSR 550rm

or loose graphics card, make sure it is in the slot good and the back panel piece on graphics card is screwed to the case.
