Question Screen Goes Black and Fans go fast

My Monitors go black and my GPU Fans go CRAZY at random times. I recently Upgraded from a 970 to a AORUS GeForce RTX 3060 Ti ELITE 8GB V2 LHR and this issue started happening I have no clue why but it happends around once a day.
I also have a:
MWE 650 230V
I5-9400f 2.9ghz 6 cores
16gb Ram
B365M HD3 Motherboard

I also run Windows 10 Pro

Remove GeForce driver with DDU and install the latest driver.

Remove GeForce driver with DDU and install the latest driver.

So Where do i install DDU? and so when I do i just unistall the driver. Than reinstall it in GEFORCE Experience?
