screen goes black every few seconds

Hi guys, i don't speak English so forgive me. i am currently having this very weird problem, my monitor goes black every few seconds. power seems on but it looks like monitor completely shuts off and then come back. sometimes it takes 10 seconds to comes back. and sometimes it takes 4 to 5 hours of using the PC for this problem to happen. i checked tempter and i seems pretty normal : CPU: 40 GPU: 52

i have:
Dual core e5700
Hd 5450
4GB RAM
Biostar motherboard
PSU 500ws

i should mention that this problem started happening ever since i changed my faulty PSU with a new one. Pls help

ok, so what do i need to check here? custom views? or windows logs? or something else?
