Question Screen goes black, fans get pretty loud, and the only way to fix it is to restart the PC ?

I built this computer like 1-3 months ago and it just randomly started black screening and the fans get pretty loud. only way to fix is to hold down power button and restart PC and hope it doesn't happen again.

Specs are listed below..

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D 12-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock B650E PG RIPTIDE WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard
Memory: TEAMGROUP T-Create Expert 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6400 CL32 Memory
Storage: TEAMGROUP MP44 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: MSI VENTUS 3X GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16 GB Video Card

Did you try clearing the CMOS on your motherboard? What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?
I have not tried clearing my CMOS. Is that something i should do?

BIOS Version/Date: American Megatrends International, LLC. 2.02, 11/17/2023
SMBIOS Version: 3.4

I jumped the pins on my MB, i'm pretty sure it cleared CMOS (not sure how to tell if it did).. is there any settings in my bios i should update now?
