Question Screen goes black for 3 seconds while gaming.

If I play games my Monitor goes black for 3 seconds then goes back to normal which makes gaming frustrating. I have the latest drivers and I have tried re installing stuff
My Specs
-i5 4460
-12gb Ram
-240gb Ssd w/ 1tb hdd
-Sapphire Nitro+ Rx570 connected via Dsiplayport to Vga Adapter

How often do this occur? Is there other problems to the computer that appear when not gaming ?

It might just be the computer loading everything up...

It often happens when I play games and some games like apex legends tend to stutter alot. When web browsing it's normal but cpu intensive web pages such as also stutter

Buddy I dont know about your issue because you have a nvedia card.. But for the original poster I think I have a solution..
Try the changes I mentioned in the last post of this thread in AMD wattman.. and see if it works..
