Screen goes black randomly, nothing brings it but only hard restart.

I just got this lenovo laptop 7 days ago, it has windows 10 pro with nvidia quadro m2000m, i just use laptop screen without connecting any external monitors, i don't play games on it just browse internet, it goes randomly black, doesnt matter what i press screen doest go back up, only after hard restart. Keeps happening, please help.

try a full restore of windows 10 then update all the firmware you can find, it's not unheard of that this could be a software issue. if it's still going randomly black after a restore then that's a lemon lenovo, which would probably be graphics / mobo related.

all firmware already updated, and still same thing is happening, is there a test I can run to see if graphic card is bad?

not really, i mean the screen turning itself off is a failed test of a sort, if it is the graphics card causing the issue. most laptops have everything soldered to the motherboard so even if you narrow it down to one of the components on the mobo like the graphics, essentially a faulty graphics card means a faulty motherboard which means replace the whole computer for most manufacturers (lenovo might be different but this is often how the big manuf. work). warranties and consumer law is very helpful for laptop lemons for this reason

you can try stress testing the gfx with furmark, but that's mainly to test for overheating, which may or may not be the issue
