Question Screen goes black when I quit the game or Alt-Tab ?

Hello i have odyssei ark and while full screen gaming at 165 hz and I quit the game or Alt-Tab , the screen goes black and have circle turning on it for 3-4 sec like its loosing signal , if monitor is on 120hz with full screen no issue, also 165 hz with windowed or bordless screen is no problem, and also while gaming HDR shows "off". It should be "on'' while gaming, no ?

So what could be the reason for this ? Monitor is updated and video driver updated also , Windows 10 was also reinstalled but same issue. Mabe my video card is damaged or monitor is damaged ? Or it must be like this ?
