I got a MSI GTX 970 limited green edition yesterday and every time I run a game after about 10 min it cuts out and my screen goes black and I get a horrible noise coming from my speakers, the PC stays on and doesn't switch off and I have waited when this has happened and it doesn't recover as if the display drivers stopped responding. I have had the PC on for about 1 hour without doing anything intensive and everything seems to work fine, its just when I play a game that it cuts out.

System Specs:

MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard
AMD FX 6350 six core CPU @ 3.9 GHz
8GB Kingston RAM
Storm 800W 32A PSU
MSI GTX 970 Green 1 Million Limited Edition

I am currently using this PC to submit this post.

Yea as kwa-e said, an 800w psu producing only 32A? if that was on a single 12v rail i would be suspicious and should be more like 60+Amps with that amount of watts.

Do your PC a favor and get yourself a Seasonic PSU. A 600w of this caliber will do your system nicely.
