Question screen goes white for a frame when switching apps?

I'm not sure if this is normal and I'd rather be sure than to have problems with my PC. Whenever I switch tabs from my desktop to discord / brave to discord my screen goes white for a singular frame.

Paying attention to your motherboard PCB revision, what BIOS version for your motherboard?
^ I had a couple of artifacting issues when Nvidia's RTX 4060Ti drivers first came out. A BIOS update helped resolve it.

You could also see if hardware acceleration changes what you're seeing.
