Screen going black, Display Drivers failed

I've been playing a lot of Path of Exile lately. And randomly within the past week my PC will just go black screen immediately. There's no way of Fixing it without multiple restarts.
Monitor says "No signal" versus "No Cable Connected." As if the GPU isn't giving me any signal.
I re-seated all of my PC components,-
I checked the cable (It works when i plug it into integrated Graphics)
My Nvidia display drivers are up-to-date. (Rolling back/forward didn't change the issue)
I switched monitors.
Problem still persists, It's out of the blue and it can happen back to back or not at all in 24 hours.

700W PSU
i5-3570k
8GB RAM
Windows 10 x64

Most likely things are a failing video card or power supply, need to test those in another system or swap them out for something else in yours.
