Question Screen going black for a few seconds

When playing games or even sometimes on the internet, my screen goes black for a few seconds then comes back. Sound goes out as well. Using win+ctrl+shift+b kind of fixes it temporarily but how do I fix this problem for good?

Which version of BIOS for your motherboard are you on? What version of GPU drivers are you working with? Mind also sharing the games that you tax the system and the browser you use to experience the issue? Does this happen when in BIOS indefinitely?
