Screen going really blurry

Every so often my screen goes really blurry, usually after i watch a youtube video...I have WIN7 32bit and a philips monitor, i think this might just be the monitor dying...It's supposed to be a 1080p monitor but when this happens it's not just in google its in everything...from viewing pictures but is much more noticeable with text... It's almost as if everything had been smudged a little to the right...it's so annoying! And i don't know how to put a picture in this :/

This may sound a little silly, but you could try pressing the "Auto" button on your monitor. I had a similar problem when I changed my monitor and after a lot of things I tried, the solution was as simple as pressing a button...
