Screen gone Black after Logging in. Recently Updated the pc

I updated my pc then after i logged in, at first my user picture was gone then i entered my password. I got a black screen with my cursor only after seconds i got my startup applications only while the sides are black only the app then after 3 minutes it became normal while windows button is not functioning at all and the notifications

Restart your PC and hold down the 'SHIFT' key. Go to Troubleshooting, Advanced Options, System Restore, and choose a restore point. This will revert the changes done after Windows Update.

If that does not work--- you can Reset your PC. Restart your PC and hold down the 'SHIFT' key. Go to Troubleshooting, Reset this PC, Choose 'KEEP MY FILES'. This will revert your PC back to original settings, remove installed programs BUT will keep your files.
