Screen has a dark splotch at the bottom help?

I noticed at the bottom of my screen that there was a dark splotch but not a dead pixel. I did some puzzling and figured out due to windows ten none opaque task bar my desktops background had a dark spot that seems to have stained in. Is there anyway to fix this? I know its not a dead pixel but I am not sure what it is and what the solutions are. Thank you.

No fixes if you mean its left a stain from your task bar on your tv when you turn it on
