screen has yellow and blue lines in it

my windows 7 computer has this yellow and blue line in it at all times and i cant seem to get rid of them i dont know if its a problem with the lcd screen or with the graphics card itself and the lines arnt thin there fairly large lines that make it hard to watch videos or do anything pretty much

It appears to be a Graphics Card issue. Unfortunately that seems like a very hard-to-fix issue. Depending on the CPU + Motherboard combination you have, you can use the on-board graphics temporarily if you decide to buy a new graphics card.

Need system specs, and did you try a different monitor?
