Screen image on monitor shifted down

Screen image on monitor shifted down leaving black strip along top and cutting off half of bottom taskbar. Cannot adjust using monitor vertical settings, auto mode or in Catalyst Control Center.

Does your monitor have a reset button?

Reset also not working, Can't do the same from monitor OSD also

It could be the monitor or video card is just failing. I would try unplugging the monitor power and video cables for about 10 minutes or so, then plug it back in.

The only way to test the video card for sure is to plug another monitor into it.
