Screen Is Black - Driver Madness!

Hi , I recently purchased a pc and I hooked it up to my monitor no problem through a usb display adapter. My screen froze every so often so I went to update the display adapters and the usb display adapter too. After I installed the usb drivers for the monitor went black, I understand why it happened but how can I fix it, I cant see anything!

My gpu is r7 260x and the moniotr is a HE195
