Screen issue please help

I bought S19B300B yesterday but i have a problem i don't see the whole screen look at this

the resolution in Nvidia control panel is the same in windows (recommended) i also installed Samsung monitor driver but it didn't do anything

and what is the best way to decrease the brightness ?

How do i know that the monitor has a Manufacturing defects or dead/stuck pixels etc.. ?

Try moving adjusting the screen position with the monitor keys,or if I reckon right,there's an option for doing that in Nvidia Control panel.Did you try that?
And for the brightness,there should be menu options for your monitor,which you can access using the monitor buttons....

and i don't know if there is an option or not in Nvidia control panel

and how to find out if i have an issues in pixels ? or manufacturing defects

No no...It's normal if this is a new build...I had this problem at first....But I figured how to fix it...There were some keys on my monitor to adjust the screen position....There was Menu button on my monitor and with that Menu,I could do everything you asked...Like adjusting screen position,changing brightness,contrast...etc...Well,I guess there should be an Autoset button on the monitor to set the screen position to normal....Check it out...Or go to Menu and do it...
If I guess it right,defective pixels will cause some dark or colored spots. Not this....

Thanks i touched the Auto option and monitor auto adjusted to the right position but this auto option made an other issue that the highest part of the screen i don't see it but the left part i can see it right now
and i cant see the arrow when i move the mouse to the rightmost , the highest part and the lower part of the screen But i can see the whole screen except the highest part
i'm not an Expert in monitors so i need ur help plz

Actually,I don't understand that clearly...Can you post some pictures of the problem? And,if it's the autoset option causing trouble,you can manually adjust the screen position using Monitor's Menu options...

Simply I cant see a little part in the top of the screen (the same in video but not in the leftmost)
and i dont know how to adjust position using menu !?

You could try this:


From the NVIDIA Control Panel navigation tree pane, under Display, click Change Resolution to open the page.

Click the image that represents your VGA display.

From the Resolution box, select a higher resolution and then click Apply.

Then,

From the NVIDIA Control Panel navigation tree pane, under Display, click Adjust Desktop Size and Position to open the page.

Click the image that represents your VGA display.

Use the arrow keys on the image that appears to adjust your screen position until your desktop/image is no longer cutoff on any side.
