Screen Jumping Issues!

Hello well i recently built my own Computer and ive been noticing when i usually play most games like MMORPGs 3rd person games i get these screen Jumpings when i move my camera or jump in the game you can really see it if you move the camera alot its getting really annoying i have some pics here and if you can tell me what it is and what its related to please tell me! Thanks Recent games ive been seeing it in alot is : WoW, Tera, APB, LOTRO, ect... My graphics card is Gtx 660!

Try turning the V-Sync (Sometimes Vertical Sync) option to "On" in the settings of the game, as this makes the graphics card only render as many frames as your monitor can show

Thanks it worked for wow But Tera doesnt have the V sync Option what do i do? Calpol55
