Question Screen keeps flickering to black for a second every couple of seconds while on fullscreen YouTube

Hello everyone,
As the title says, when I try to watch a YouTube Video, when I go fullscreen, it'll start flickering to black for a brief moment before going back to normal, and it'll repeat this every couple of seconds.
For First thoughts, I think it's either a PSU or GPU issue, however, I keep them clean and I have checked all the connections and nothing is loose.

Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? You might also want to check back with the version of the OS you're working with. Try uninstalling your GPU drivers and reinstall them with the latest found off of Nvidia's support site.
