Question Screen looking offset

Hey so I've got this weird problem where the screen is extremely offset to the left and a little up, here's some y'all should prolly know:
The gpu is a gt710 (plugged by hdmi cable which was previously in a tv)
The monitor is a view sonic VX2453mh-LED
I recently (a week ago) updated from win 7 to 10
My specs are:
I5 2500
Gt 710
8gb ddr3 ram
I tried changing the resolution but it didn't work and in Nvidia control panel there's only size not position, and when when I try to install new drivers it just says an error occurred and stops it

Update I went in size and changed the size it worked but everything looked blurry/a trash quality

Update:it's fixed, I found out it was in hdmi (av) instead of hdmi (pc)
