Screen mirror abroad?

Hello Tom's Community,

My best buddy went to America for a year and we want to be able to watch a movie together.

So the idea is that we could Skype together while we're netflixing or so.
Skype is easy but i want to know how to make my pc (windows 10) screen visible on his tablet (windows surface pro'? Any thoughts.

ps: i am in Holland, he is in Alabama

Putting legal questions aside, skype desktop app has screen capture built in, just start a skype chat and select share screen option. That simple.

Now... broadcasting video from netflix over skype is going to likely be illegal, and even if it isn't the broadcast won't work. Basically it's like trying to fit a banana through a bottle cap, not going to be pretty.

It may not show moving images, but there are issues. Why don't you both just use netflix?

Well when both using netflix we have to pause at the same time and stuff. maybe that'll work out. i'll gove it a try. thank u guys
