What I facing:
My pc freez sometime like screen stuck for few seconds(2-20 seconds randomly) but I can move over my curser all over the screen.
Things what happen in freez time which I pressed in keyboard and clicked on mouse is all happning after resume of screen freez.
I play cs go or pubg it sudden stuck at one frame and after freez what I pressed in between time I will teleported or died. xD.

I tried all power setting and high perfomance settings.
I also have all driver updated and windows 10 os.

Hoping for solution. sorry for bad English.

Solution
After doing too much research and different testing I did't find any solution.
I also tried to increase voltage of ram but it did't help me.

Solution that works for me :-
I just installed ssd drivers,
sata raid
Kingston ssd manager and ssd firmware updated.

It solved my problem so far.
I would check:

1. Power off your PC. Unplug it from the wall. Remove your Graphics Card and Memory Modules from your PC and place them in again to make sure they are seated properly.

2. Double check you have the correct drivers installed with this program: http://www.rs.iobit.com/en/driver-booster.php?

3. Run a quick benchmark from Userbenchmark. This can help you find issues with your hardware if it isn't performing as it should. You can post the results here. https://www.userbenchmark.com/

4. Check your Processor and Graphics Card Temperatures. They should both idle under 40C and under max load should never exceed 90C. Optimally you want to aim for the 70C max, but 80C is okay with a fair bit of overclocking.
