As the title says, my PC's screen sometimes flickers on wake up.
I had graphics issues when I got my 2070 Super, updated drivers with DDU to 451.85 and had no problems for the last 9 days until today. I've seen my Sky Box do this on a different TV too, where you turn both the TV and the box on and the picture keeps blinking in and out.
I'm using Windows 10 2004, i5 4570, 16 GB RAM and an RTX 2070 Super. HDR is on so it's a 4K display
I've done some searching and asking on the internet about this and it was suggested that Windows' HDR setting is the problem. Google search says it may be display drivers. One time when this happened, got what looked like old school CRT static. Card has been stress tested and passed with no issues
