Screen or video cable?

I need to know if i have to buy the screen of the video cable for this laptop
samsung NP275E4E it works with a external monitor..

Without a bus analysis you won't be able to tell if it's the screen or cable. Considering you took the laptop apart, it's definitely no longer in warranty and likely not worth fixing.

laptop is 3 year old it has no warranty so I was thinking of buying two but could it be other thing damanged?

If it works on an external monitor, at least the rest seems fine, so you could theoretically replace the whole screen component (that includes the LDVS or eDP cables), though it's a gamble without verifying that the output signal is good.
