[SOLVED] Screen pixels turn white after changing boot drives

I've never had this problem before but I connected an SSD and it worked fine as storage but when I cloned my Windows 10 on to the SSD and set it as my boot drive my pixels started to turn white whenever I moved my mouse and highlighting the screen blue would make it return to normal but it would happen again I already tried going back to my original hard drive without the SSD connected but the problem now happens on that drive too

sound like the gpu is loose or the power cable. reseat them
