[SOLVED] Screen Problem

I have a acer GD235Hz Moniter when i increas the hertz from 60hz from 100 110 120 the screen automatically teared . and the text or any thing on screen shows like blurry ..If any one have solution of This please help me ..

Install the driver for your monitor using the drivers on their support site, here, then set the refresh rate for your monitor. Which version of Windows 10 are you on? Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard.

Lastly, what is the make and model of your PSU and it's age?

PSU model corsair VX 550
My Bios version of motherboard is fully latest
And I am using windows 10 but dont know the exact Version
