Question Screen Randomly Goes Black For a Few Seconds

Hello,

This problem has persisted for months. Specifically when I am watching a video (Netflix or Movies and TV app), the screen will go black for a few seconds. For a 25 minute video, it happens about twice on average. All of my drivers are up to date. Admittedly I am a noob with event viewer, however I don't see any error coming up around the time of the screen going black at all. This gets incredibly annoying, any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,
This might be an issue related to your hdmi or display port cable.In my case my pc chassis was not properly grounded which caused interference whenever the cable moves slightly and touches the chassis.

What are your system specs?

There have been some recent issues with AMD APUs that have Radeon graphics if the latest drivers are not installed.

Hello,
