When i play league of legends my screen goes randomly black for 1-2 seconds this happeing like 10-20 times in 1 hour.
I think its a video card problem ive already had the latest AMD drivers for my A8-6600k APU , now i even tried to download their beta driver and it didn't do anything at all.
I some guy that i know said it may be my APU overheating , so i installed HWmonitor too see my Temperatures and the cpu is at 50°C but for some strange reason the video card apering at -5°C

Applications like CPUID Hardware Monitor display temperatures monitored by hardware and firmware built into the motherboard. If one or more of your temperature monitors is bad (which sounds likely given your -5C statement) HW Monitor will read the numbers provided and display them to you without ever knowing whether the monitors are functioning correctly.
That aside - Your friend is on the right track. The A8's are not very powerful processors and their built-in GPU's are kind of laughable. So it's not unlikely that you're thrashing the thing with LoL. I recommend purchasing and installing an aftermarket CPU cooler. You don't need liquid cooling, they're kind of expensive anyhow. Thirty or forty dollars (twenty pounds or so) you can get a great air cooling device. Go to pcpartpicker.com - input only your processor and your case, and see what comes up as compatible coolers. Note that some are easier to install than others, and some cool better than others, so read reviews before you buy.

Best of luck.
