So, a couple of days ago I went to turn my PC on and just as I switched it on my brother turned to socket at the wall of where my two monitors are connected, my PC and my TP-link boosters. I thought nothing of it and switched it back on however when I did this my PC switched on but nothing came up on the screens. I took the graphics card out and reinstalled as well as moving my PC case after this I turned on normally and I had my desktop so I thought it was good. However now every time I switch my PC on it will work for about 20 minutes and then the displays will just turn off and my CPU fan will go crazy so I have to switch it off via the PSU switch. Does anyone know what is causing this problem? Would be greatly appreciated thanks :)

It sounds like your processor may be overheating from the loss of power it got. It may have affected the chip somehow and now when it gets too hot, it overheats; which would cause loss of visual and the fan to go crazy. I know it will be kind of a pain, but I would try with a different CPU and see what happens.

I've checked the temps of the CPU whilst it's on and they are what they were before. I'm not sure if it's my graphics card but I haven't got another system to check it.
