Screen recording at desired resolution

I am willing to record my desktop screen at full hd resolution, however i have 1366*768 monitor. Could it hold me back from recording at the desired resolution? What is the minimum system requirement to record screen at 1080p 60 fps?

My Desktop: Core i5-2310, 8 gb ddr3 ram, 2 gb gddr5 gt 1030.

If you enable Nvidia DSR, you should be able to select resolutions higher than that of your monitor resolution (e.g. 1080p). I'm not positive, but I think that might let you record in 1080p. If you're talking about recording while gaming your system may struggle in demanding games though.
