Screen resolution I previously used is unavailable after Win10 clean re-install.

I've just done a clean install of Windows 10, installed drivers again, but I am unable to use the resolution "1776x1000" which is what I used before. I haven't changed my display or its settings. I used the AMD driver program that auto-detects what you need (which is what I used before). As I'm writing this I'm on "1920x1080" but on my TV screen the sides go off the screen, and using HDMI scaling to make it fit seems to make things look a little blurry. My other resolution was ideal as it looked clear and crisp, even though there were tiny black borders around the image which I never saw.

What you really need to do is go into the TV settings and turn off overscan so that it won't cut off the edges of the image.
